In person sessions will be held at my gym in Alvin Texas

Prices for IN PERSON training

$45 per Hour long Session

$25 per 30min Long Session

Will accept Cash, Card, Venmo or Paypal.

Prices for ONLINE training

$150 a month for customized training programs and form coaching

$150 a month for nutrition coaching.

$270 a month for both Training and Nutrition coaching.

In person SMall Group Classes

Small group fitness classes provide a personalized and supportive environment, allowing you to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals.

Classes will be held at my gym in Alvin Texas

Prices

$150 a month for 5 group classes a week

$110 a month for 3 classes a week

$100 for 10 classes that can be used whenever you want.
